Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some of the questions we frequently get asked about EUSR training courses.

How do I get a replacement EUSR card?

All new EUSR registrations are now issued with a virtual card instead of the previous plastic card. Virtual cards mean you can never forget or lose your card. To access the virtual card, all you need is a smartphone or tablet and to download the Vircarda app.

How long does it take for me to get a EUSR card?

Once you have completed your course, the training school will submit your registration application. Your certificate can be with you in as little as a week, but the average time frame is usually 4 weeks.

What happens if I fail the EUSR assessment?

Depending on the timing of your course on the day, you may be offered a resit of the module assessments on the same day. However, it is up to the training school to decide if a resit would be appropriate or whether you would be required to take the course again.
