Module 1: A Healthy Company: This module focuses on why it makes good business sense to manage workplace health and wellbeing.

Module 2: Health Risk Management: Module 2 gives delegates the knowledge of different health hazard categories and the type of health hazard in each category. In addition, this module covers the causes of these health hazards and their impact on health.

Module 3: Fitness For Work: Understand the types of personal or health conditions that affect fitness for work and the importance of managing the fluctuations in people’s health status. Learn how to assess and manage the impact of personal and health conditions on employees.

Module 4: Wellbeing: Module 4 explains the aims and benefits of the promotion of a wellbeing programme that can influence and add value to an organisation.

Assessment and Certification

The assessment process for the eLearning course is exactly the same as the classroom course. You will complete a 30-minute exam consisting of 20 multiple-choice questions. You will need to achieve 60% or more to pass the IOSH Managing Occupational Health and Wellbeing.

On successful completion of your course, you will be sent details of your IOSH account where you can download and print your certificate. You can request a printed copy from IOSH for an additional charge.

They are accredited by IOSH wherever the location as the training will be provided by one of our expert trainers. How long will my IOSH certificate take to arrive?

IOSH certificates are now provided electronically via the IOSH portal. It takes approximately 2 weeks for the certificates to be put onto your portal. You can request a paper copy from IOSH at an extra cost.

Do I get a workbook for my course?

For some courses, you will be sent a PDF workbook, which is easy to take with you to work or site (on a mobile device) and has a much smaller carbon footprint for the environment. For CITB courses, you will be sent a link to access workbooks for your course.
