NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper Open Course - Key Information

What happens on a NPORS Course?

The flexibility of NPORS qualifications means that a course can run for 1 day up to 10 days. This will vary depending on experience and competency.

  • Novice or foundation courses are for those who have no or very little training on 360 excavators. These courses typically run for 10 days and you will cover everything you need to know to operate an excavator safely and efficiently. Your assessment will also be completed on the last day of your course.
  • Experienced training courses are a condensed version of the full course, as you will be expected to have had plenty of experience of operating a 360 excavator but have no formal qualification. These courses are usually between 1 and 3 days.
