SA019 – Signing Lighting and Guarding

The SA019 Signing Lighting and Guarding course focuses on teaching essential knowledge to comprehend and apply the requirements for signing, lighting, and guarding. Significantly, in accordance with the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991. Delegates will learn to use appropriate equipment and follow correct procedures in order to execute safe signing, lighting, and guarding. Proper signing, lighting, and guarding helps workers remain visible to drivers and pedestrians, reducing the risk of accidents. Therefore, delegates will learn how to survey the site and protect pedestrians and vehicular traffic. Additionally, the course emphasises the importance of adhering to regulations and legislation. This course targets individuals working in or around roadways and individuals aged 16 and over.
