The Training Supplier Onboarding Process

Once your application as a training services supplier is approved, our structured onboarding process commences, setting the stage for a successful partnership. This begins with you providing us with essential documentation, including copies of your accreditations and insurance certificates, as well as a comprehensive list of the courses you offer.

The next steps

Following this, our dedicated onboarding team will guide you through every step of integrating with our system. You will receive login credentials and comprehensive training to navigate our platform efficiently. This includes instructions on how to upload your course offerings, schedule dates, specify availability for each course, and input vital course information. This data is pivotal as it forms the basis of our course joining instructions, encompassing key details such as start times, venue locations, durations, and the awarding bodies issuing certifications.

This process is designed to ensure that your courses are seamlessly integrated into our portfolio, allowing us to offer a cohesive and comprehensive training experience to our clients.

Kat is the Training Director and is your initial point of contact if you would like to join us as a training supplier.

Kat will talk through with you your business, what you offer customers in terms of training and will complete the paperwork needed for your onboarding.

The process of learning how our online system works is led by the Training Team Leader, Will.
